This is a gorgeous house with a fully renovated kitchen and outdoor entertaining area. It's close to the Galleria shopping centre, public transport and about a 10 or 15 min drive to the airport. It is fully furnished although the bedroom can be unfurnished if you have your own things. There is a large garage for extra storage. The move in date can be a bit earlier for the right person. The main bedroom (which I'm currently in) has built-in robes, but I'll probably move into the smaller bedroom at the back of the house and use the smallest bedroom as a walk-in robe. So, the choice of bedrooms is flexible depending on your needs.

Grass parking can fit 2 cars. I work as a physiotherapist and there's 2 backpackers (couple) living in the other room at the moment. Rent includes electricity, gas, water and internet. Central air conditioning. Big fridge. Lots of kitchenware to use. Feel free to use the lounge area for games, movies and leisure.
