About the flatmates
The property is located in Bedford just off Beaufort st and is very accessible via transport. There is a train station and the 950 bus within walking distance, as well as shops a few km away. It is about 5-6 km from the CBD. It is available from 23 January a 6 month lease or 1 year lease (and can be extended if we live well together).
I am a 23F who is friendly likes to live in a clean space. I work full time and am finishing my last qualifications before I am admitted as a lawyer. I don’t have a lot of free time and when I do, I see my family, friends, or relax. I am open to a friendly roommate or one who prefers to keep to themselves.
NOTE: You must be okay with living with someone with a medicinal cannabis prescription and like cats because I have one. Unfortunately I cannot accept anyone with pets as my cat is very timid.
