We have a large balcony with a stunning view of the lake. Our internet and electricity bills are always cheap. There are two lounge rooms with TV's so there is plenty of room to share and plenty of room if someone wants their own space. This is a loft-style, double storey unit on the top floor of an amazing apartment right on Eastern Valley Way. Access to the gym and the pool is included in your rent. The apartment is only a 2 minute drive (or 10 minute walk) to Westfield Belconnen. There's also convenient public transport to the city right down the street. The apartment attracts a lot of sunlight so you will always feel warm during winter, and we have an air-conditioner to cool down if it gets too hot. Underground parking is available however you will have to rent a lot from one of our friendly neighbours. Otherwise, there is outdoor parking available with a 2 hour limit on weekdays from 8am - 5pm that is rarely patrolled. You can park overnight for free on weekdays and for the entirety of the weekend. We also have Netflix and Stan available for you to share. Utilities and internet are split evenly amongst roommates. Pets are not allowed except for cats that are litter trained. However, they must get along with our existing kitten and be registered on the lease.

Greetings I have one room available on now. It is for single occupant only. The house is a double- storey townhouse which is fairly new and carpeted. The bedroom is fairly good size and fully furnished with a double bed mattress. A robe, writing desk and chair. The house is conveniently located within walking distance to bus stops with direct buses to ANU and walking distance to UC, Westfield Belconnen Shopping Centre, restaurants and Ginninderra lake and public swimming pool (CISAC). I am looking for clean, tidy and responsible housemates. She should be considerate for others who are sharing the house. Utility and WIFI will be shared equally among the number of flatmates.
