Each apartment consists of a king size bed which splits 1 study desk with 2 chairs, 2 tubs chairs and table, bedside tables, mirrored wardrobe, Flat screen TV/DVD player, Wall Heater, Ceiling Fan. The kitchen has 2 cooktops and a convention oven that is also used as a microwave and a 215lt fridge/freezer. We offer a Gym on site and a main study room with Wi-fi, a games room and a BBQ area which is free to our residents. We have plenty of off-street parking available otherwise we can offer a secured car spot for an additional fee. You will also need to supply your own linen and crockery and cutlery.
What is required is $1000.00 in bond 2 weeks rent and a $150.00 admin fee to confirm the apartment after signing of an Occupancy agreement.
