The best thing about living here is that it's so close to everything! Five minutes on the bike to Highton, Belmont and the Barwon River. Fifteen minutes in the car to Geelong Center and the train station which takes you to Melbourne in an hour. Don't need to have a car to live here. Everything is super dooper accessible. We have a beautiful community here and very kind neighbours.
My house has recently been renovated - it needs a bit of work on the outside but i reckon the inside makes up for it! It has two spacious bedrooms with storage space, a modern tiled bathroom, an inviting lounge (+ a second lounge) and kitchen space. I also have a deck out the back with some veggie patches in a reasonably sized backyard. I'm a super close walk to all the shops on High street (such as hair dressers, organic wholefoods store Valerie's, doctors, coffee places, supermarkets, bakerys etc...) I'm also a 10-15 min drive to Torquay which is so good in the Summer.
