There is a large patio at the rear of the house that is great to sit and chill on during summer or to enjoy bonfires in the chimenea in winter. I enjoy having dinner together (I'm an excellent cook), a glass of wine/ beer and a chat but this is not a party house. The house is nice, light and already furnished and you will get access to washing machine, everything in the kitchen etc. I have two cuddly cats that are bound to love you if let them. As Sebastian is an older cat that hates other cats and dogs, you can unfortunatley not have any pets. Reasonable sized bedroom on offer either at the front or back of the house. The house is a three bedroom home. It's not a modern home by any means and definitely has a retro feel to it (at least three different types of carpet throughout the house). Pics are available on request, I'm just a bit lazy to clean up today for the photos. The house is furnished (except for the bedroom) but feel free to bring whatever you got/want to the house. Currently there is no washing machine, but house is located within walking distance to laundromat. Rent for the room is $130 a week. The house has internet and Foxtel (additional $65 each a month) plus any other bills would be split when they arrive. Bills are paid monthly-2 monthly. We don't party at home and are usually in bed pretty early on a week night. 10 min walk to Marshall station with trains to Geelong CBD, Melbourne CBD, Warrnambool buses to Geelong CBD and surrounding suburbs and only a 20 minute bus ride to Deakin University Waurn Ponds. There is also an IGA and Aldi supermarket within walking distance. Rent is $180 per week including all bills, toilet paper, cling wrap/foil etc and cleaning products. The room can come with a bed and 2 bedsides if required also. Bedroom with a ceiling fan that comfortably fits a queen bed, 2 bedside and a chest of draws in it depending how you set the room up. You would share the main bathroom whilst I have an ensuite but visitors will also be using this bathroom so cleanliness is a must. Looking for a person that also pitches in around the house to keep a nice home to enjoy.
