The best thing about living here is that it's so close to everything! Five minutes on the bike to Highton, Belmont and the Barwon River. Fifteen minutes in the car to Geelong Center and the train station which takes you to Melbourne in an hour. Don't need to have a car to live here. Everything is super dooper accessible. We have a beautiful community here and very kind neighbours.

My beautiful dog, Charlie will be living at the unit also. I am putting it out there for a working, respectful, non smoking, mature adult to move into the 2nd room. The backyard is large, with a big shed and undercover entertainment/patio area. If you want to bring along a furry friend, we may consider, but only if they are outside dogs. Rent price, including bills (water, gas and electricity) will be $250 per week. Internet is additional and split between housemates (currently $13/month). If you're a couple, rent will be at a higher price. The location is great, with a Woolworths, post office, medical centre, gym, cafés and multiple bus stops all around the corner. Hello! We are looking for a new housemate as a room in our cosy home recently became available. The house already has a great dynamic so we are looking for the perfect fit. It's not just a house to us, but a home among friends. A perfect fit would have the following qualities: - able to crack a good pun - provides quality banter - doesn't hide in their room 24/7 - easy going - likes board games - respectful of others (i.e. don't steal our food, please) - clean and tidy (look, doing dishes sucks as it is, so we don't want to do yours too) - responsible with money - kind and considerate - in their 20's - non smoker - likes cats The house itself is fairly new with 4 bedrooms, each with build in robes. You will be sharing a bathroom with two others. There are two living spaces (with TV's, Netflix and a PlayStation), a modern kitchen, central heating, and small backyard with a hammock on the deck. The house is fully furnished but you do need to furnish your own room. Cost of rent is $106.25 per week, plus $20 per week for bills which covers water, gas, electricity, internet and cleaning supplies. You can pay this either weekly or fortnightly. Bond is $466 and we require a two week advanced payment (lease rules, not ours). Speaking of the lease, you will have to apply through our real estate agent to be added onto it. Our current lease is until the 14th of February, but there is a possibility of extending this another year.
