About the property
Modern 3 bedroom house, your room is the large master room with ensuite so you’ll have the option to keep to yourself or come out and say hello, whichever you prefer.
The room can be with or without bed and desk in picture.
Large open kitchen - fridge and all appliances are in the house already. Happy to share all provided you help clean and look after them when using them. We have 2 fridges so there’s plenty of space. Washing machine available.
There is heating and cooling in the main area of the house
We have an outdoor spa in use most of the year which we don’t mind sharing also if you help maintain it.
We use the loungeroom area as our rooms are much smaller but you’re welcome to join us if you like.
All bills included (Water, Gas, Internet and Electricity) We maintain the outside lawn/garden area also.

About the flatmates
Two good mates (26 & 31) that both work full time and are easy going. We keep to ourselves, are respectful and don’t spend too much time at the house besides relaxing after work or on a day off.
We’re happy to say hi and get to know you better if you enjoy a laugh or a quiet drink after work but equally happy to just say hi and keep to ourselves. Whichever you prefer.
We’re looking for someone who is easy to get along with.
We love our footy and most sports if that’s something that interests you for a chat. We clean up after ourselves and keep the main area of the house tidy.
