The room you would be staying in is 6.5 by 4 meters so enough room for a bed, couch and tv etc. It's also downstairs with no internal access which is good for privacy but the shower and kitchen is upstairs. We have a pretty great back deck with a bbq etc. There's under cover parking, the bus stops almost out the front of the house and we're close but not that close to the train line. Ideally would like someone who's either studying or working but will look at anyone who applies.
This is a house I've just purchased and looking forward to having someone join myself and my Partner. It's fairly well set up, air-conditioned ceiling fans etc. We have all the latest electronics as well as Netflix, Amazon & Stan. The house is close to Griffith Uni Logan Campus, Logan Hospital, local shops and great parks. It is also within walking distance of the express train station at Loganlea. The living areas are quite large, and for an extra fee there is a garage space available in the double lockup garage if you are interested. Our bedroom has it's own ensuite, so with the exception of the odd guest you will have the main bathroom to yourself. Internet is available, and as the room is separately air-conditioned electricity will require a contribution. We plan to get a new puppy (which will live outside only) in the next few months so if you're not a dog lover maybe we're not for you.
