The Rooms (Room 2 & Room 3):
Both rooms are furnished with a King Bed. You will be sharing the bathroom with only one other person.

• Inclusions: All bills included (Electricity, Water, Unlimited Telstra Premium NBN). No hidden costs.
The Vibe:
This is a peaceful sanctuary, not a party house. It is ideal for a working professional or student who values a quiet, clean, and high-quality environment. I work full-time as a Project Manager, so I value downtime and a calm space.
The Co-Pilots (Pets):
Must be a verified animal lover! You will be sharing the space with:
• Fanta: A super friendly Labrador who loves people and other dogs.
• Yuzu: An energetic indoor Bengal cat who will demand your attention and affection.
