We've been living here for a year and love the location and the neighbourhood. It's a townhouse across the road from Gungahlin shops, a short walk from the pool, the gym and the bus to Civic or Belconnen. We're a stroll from Yerrabi Pond and walk / run around it all the time. The main living area is spacious, full of light and stays cool in summer and warm in winter. The kitchen is easy to use and we've got enough space and bathrooms to have large groups of visitors over from time to time. We've got a small garden that we keep tidy (but there's definitely room to make it a proper garden) and two balconies off the shared living area. We've got NBN, Netflix, Playstation and plenty of pantry space, and we're always happy to talk about getting new things for the house. The room is upstairs at the back of the house, and has built-in robes and an ensuite. There's also a bath in the shared bathroom.
