Hey there, I've just taken on a 2bdrom unit and looking for a housemate to fill the other room from this weekend onwards when I move in. Only have the agents photos at this stage which is why it looks unfurnished, will update these shortly. The place is the upstairs unit of a block of 4. No strata rules, everyone rents so there is no building sheriff. It's really close to the main shops like three blue ducks, the beach and the bus to bondi junction.
