This is an incredible house - as you can see from the photos! It's a 1 minute walk to the beautiful Bronte park, and that means only a few minutes walk down to Bronte beach and all those epic cafes on the water! There's 3 floors. 2 kitchens. A bar! A sauna! Ocean views from the balconies. Parking for 1 car. A massive swimming pool. And 2.5 bathrooms for us to share (which is more than enough). The rooms all have built in wardrobes and have been freshly painted. The bus stop is just down the road and its only a 3 minute walk to the amazing Italian coffee and deli on the corner. I'm thinking about getting a weekly cleaner to do the basics in the house. We can discuss that when you come see the place, but I' ll probably cover the costs of that for us so don't worry about the money. I also love to get all the shared stuff delivered by coles each week. Stuff like toilet paper, garbage bags, paper towels, laundry powder and the like. If that sounds like a good thing then let me know and I can manage all that too :-) I'm very organised and also really chilled. That generally means the house is a very smooth and enjoyable environment :-) Oh and yeah, all the bills are included.
I've been here a year now, it's been great and chilled, but my time of selfishness, coveting this great spot all my by myself is over. It's right near Bronte beach, few minutes walk to the sand. Theres on and off street parking and 'some' storage. Foxtel, Internet (NBN if it is ever finished), Balcony and BBQ. The place is much brighter than the photos show. The room has mirrored robes, and there's a 5x5 in there at the moment (can be moved easily) to help get a sense of space. Place is fitted out pretty well, massive OLED screen, designer couch, williams sonoma cookwear, and shun knives if you like your cooking. All can be changed though. I don't smoke but I don't really mind if people do, as long as they're courteous with the neighbours. mi casa su casa. My neighbours are absolute gems. Lots of surfers, fitness people, and music buffs. My pupper freddie is a dream apartment dog, quiet and cuddly, loves a walk and a pat. He spends most day times with the neighbours, and they book his time in advance :) Personally I'm a surfer (20yrs and still terrible), and guitar player (20yrs and still terrible), gym junkie, friendly and chilled as, love a chat and a drink. Professionally I run a medium sized tech business, and an early riser (typically). I don't party at the place (much), social stuff is a-ok. Looking for someone to keep the vibe slow and chilled, needs to have a heart of gold. I've lived with both men and women before with any concerns.
Big room with two double beds 5 mins to the beach!!! The location of the property is really nice because is located in a very quiet street next to Tamarama Beach and Bronte Beach (one block). The house has a spacious backyard with a BBQ and chill area and all the services (restaurants, grocery stores, chemist etc etc) Bondi road offers are just 5 minutes away walking. We are a total of 5 people, mixed among students and full time workers. It's not a party house but we are very social and we like to share a meal together or a drink.
Cute and fully furnished apartment in Clovelly. The ceiling is being re painted next week. I have all household things except a television as I’m not a big free to air tv viewer. Beautiful surroundings, peaceful street with no traffic. Lots of sun, parking, trees and a sea breeze! 5 minute's walk to Clovelly Beach. 2 bus stops around the corner to Bondi Junction and the city through to Circular Quay.
Our beloved apartment is a brand new apartment. Cozy and at the best spot: just 10 minutes from Bronte Beach and 10 minutes from Bondi Junction. Our street is calm and small - good night at sleeping. Inside the apartment we've got air conditioning, wash machine, microwave, coffee machine, fridge, one bedroom, one bathroom and a nice porch outside in front of the apartment. Unfortunately we don't have internet nor Television (actually we like not having those)

Tight staircase leading up there - ok for people but a queen size bed may not fit up the stairs, but ironically 2 king singles to make a king size bed may fit if required.
Amazing neighbourhood and ocean views from the huge downstairs balcony and single bedroom balcony. 3 story so can’t imagine it’d be that loud. Top floor bedroom is huge, approx 6m x 4m, perfect for a couple. Large open plan kitchen, living room and dining area, perfect for socialising with flat mates. The property will come furnished with sofas, tv, fridge, washing machine, etc. All you may need for the rooms is a bed and mattress if we can’t find one in time. The smaller of the rooms has built in wardrobe and the other large room will have 2 sets of drawers.

We're a quick 7-10 minute bus ride (or 15-20 min walk if that's your thing) to Bronte Beach which is amazing in the summer. Also a 5 minute bus ride to Bondi Junction (or 10 min walk). We've got two pubs across the road which are our locals and serve up some pretty decent meals. Bronte Road has some wonderful little shops and cafes that we love. The living room is very large and well lit with natural light, and a nice view of the city skyline from a big bay window-we've also got a sofa bed as we enjoying letting friends or family that are traveling stay with us. The kitchen is also very well lit and spacious. Love the location because its easy to get to most of the eastern beaches via bus and very easy to get to the city once at the Junction. The bedroom fits a double/queen bed and some shelving-however we include the "office" room at the end of the hallway as a walk-in closet for this room.
