Its only a 10 minute walk to our favourite beach in Sydney which has an awesome rock pool and fun surf. The local shops, restaurants and three blue ducks cafe are just up the road and we have a nice big back yard for bbq's or relaxing. Its a really nice 2 level apartment with modern appliances and WIFI. The downstairs bathroom has a good shower and is only shared with one other person. Plus our dinner table is also a table tennis table! We like to live with kind, open minded people who keep spaces tidy and appreciate a chill peaceful atmosphere at home. It's not a party house - We like to have a quiet flat from 1030pm weeknights - but we also like to have a wine or beer and chat / play boardgames and table tennis. We go out sometimes and swim at the beach as much as possible :)
