The house is located just 10 mins from the city, 15 mins from the beach, 5 mins to the airport and only a short 2 minute walk to shops and public transport on Henley Beach Rd. The room is on the smaller side but comes with built-in robes. Would be suitable for someone who doesn't have much in the way of furnishings. The house has 2 separate living/lounge room areas, laundry & washing machine and a decent backyard perfect for entertaining friends or hosting BBQ's in the summer. Ideally we'd like someone in their early to late 20's who is down to earth, fun, friendly but also appreciates a relaxed home environment, at least during the week ;) Someone with stable full time employment, clean, easy to get along with and has similar interests would be great. I work in IT for local government but also DJ in the city on weekends. Reece is a tradie and has early starts so ideally we'd like someone who can appreciate a quiet home environment, at least during the week anyways! We both love our music but also enjoy having dinner/drinks with mates, watching TV/movies, PS4/Xbox and keeping fit with gym. 6 months - 12 months would be ideal, not overly interested in having anyone stay short term, sorry. I have a small dog who is very friendly and house trained, so you must like dogs. We're not able to accommodate any other pets tho sorry. You will be sharing the house with myself (female) and the delightful Frankiee-a 2year old chowchow female dog whom is housetrained and very sociable. It is exceptionally important that you are a ‘dog person’, as Frankiee is a very important part of the household and needs to be loved rather than simply ‘tolerated’. About the House: Modern and clean three bedroom house, two bathrooms, two living room areas , large open plan and fully equipped kitchen with heaps of storage (you will have your own pantry), small rear grassed yard, heating and cooling throughout, fully equipped laundry, tiled throughout-except for the bedrooms, downlights throughout, lockable garage for storage, on street parking available. This is the best house I have lived in so far! It's really homey. Both the dining and living room are connected to the kitchen. This simultaneously makes the house feel spacious and full. The common areas area also far enough from the rooms that you can have privacy whilst the house is full. It is a 15-minute drive from the CBD or Henley Beach. On the other hand, you can bike and it will only take you about 25 minutes either way. There is also a bus stop just at the end of the street (1-minute walk).
