I love living at Yarrabilba because its just far enough away from the city without being ridiculously remote :-) its a beautiful and peaceful estate with plenty of shops close by, cafes, monthly food truck markets, fuel station and medical centres. It's a large spacious house with a master suite upstairs where I spend most of my time, leaving you with your own room, bathroom and loungeroom (with space for you to add your own tv if like). The outside of the house is a work in progress but as we are going into winter, that shouldn't really matter! The view from the front balcony is great! I have 2 dogs - a 3yr old Kelpie x and a 5 month old Staffy x. They are allowed inside/outside and sleep in my room at night. Due to already having 2 dogs here, I am not wanting any further pets.
