This house is in a fantastic spot. It is close to the highway and only 15 minutes to ipswich CBD yet still has privacy. The estate is hidden in the back of Bundamba while the house is in a small court with very few neighbours. An IGA is only just down the road, along with a bottle shop and plenty of parks. The yard is quite small, although still big enough for you to have an outside dog. Dogs have already been approved by the landlord, who is also very accommodating and friendly. Although the house is part of a duplex, the bedrooms are large and both have a walk in robe and own bathroom. The room up for offer is the master with an ensuite and large walk in robe. NBN internet is already set up with quite a large package, more than enough for two people. Rent is $290 in total so my current setup is half of rent and halving all bills. So usually I pay $145 a week for rent, $47.50 a month on internet and then halve the water and electricity when it comes. This can be done again, or we could organise something else like paying $170 a week for rent and I pay all bills when they come in. I am open to anything really.
It is a gated community...with a pool and spa. Close to public transport and shopping centre. I don't know how to change the category but all bills and internet are included in the rent.
