Hello future flatmate!
This is a peaceful, quiet, clean & friendly post war home.
It has lovely polished wood floors, casement windows & you can see trees from all windows, even though it is walking distance to train, bus & Ipswich town centre. Easy commute to Brisbane if needed.
Your room is large, can fit a King bed, 2x bedsides, dresser, large TV & wardrobe/clothes rail, & has 2 sets of windows.
The house has ceiling fans & a/c in bedrooms & lounge, with a shared bathroom. Rent includes unlimited internet but water & power are separate.
I am sociable but respect peoples space, love cooking, healthy food & the house is full of plants. I do most of my socializing outside of the home & would like this in a housemate too.
Looking for an emotionally intelligent, happy, clean, financially stable & chilled person to cohabitate with. Would like a non vaping person 30-50yrs.
