It's on great eastern highway so public transport is excellent to and from the city - there is also a bikepath along the river to the city. There are plenty of amenities just across the road - gym, iga, servo, liquor store, food, dentist etc. Also perfect for Curtin uni students as it is just a 10-15min drive away. Inside the apartment there is aircon, a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. Although small on floorspace there is plenty of storage space throughout (cupboards, drawers etc). There is also an available space to park your car.
