The view on the Park is great and location is excellent! The house is in Streatley road, in front of JA Lee reserve, we have a great view of the park from the living room ;-) The bus 39 is right in front of the house, Victoria Park & Burswood train station are just 8min walk from home, and the freeway is just 30 seconds driving ! We love cooking, eating, enjoying the beach, music (music lovers welcome !), watching movie, having a walk, reading or doing nothing in the hammock... It's a lovely house in front of a large park with a nice backyard (veggies & flowers) generally quiet during the day. There is enough space to practice yoga quietly in a room while people are watching a movie in a other room, the back yard is huge. We like the house cleaned (VERY IMPORTANT), organised, tidy and practical. We do not have destructive parties at home but have a few drinks together sometimes and friends are always welcome! The bedroom is really spacious, with desk, wardrobe... A queen size bed is waiting for you with clean sheets, linens and bed cover. Each house mate have their refrigerator and there is all the amenities needed (NBN 100/40Mbs SUPERFAST INTERNET, new washing machine, BBQ, freezer, printer, SMART TV...) No one smoke so if you are a smoker you will have to smoke outside the house.There is plenty of space to park cars. The house is fully furnished and internet & all the BILLS ARE INCLUDED in the rent. The property is right across the street from the Swan River and Cracknell Park and you can bike easily to CBD, Victoria Park, and lots of other places in the city on Belmont's sprawling greenway.
