The balcony is on the same floor as the pool, with a private access gate so you can come and go as you please to use the outdoor area or go for a swim. parking is on the street in unallocated bays, but there is plenty of parking. My partner and I have a 2x2 apartment and want a full time worker or fifo worker to share the place with us staying in the second room with your own private bathroom! I work full time as a project engineer and my partner runs an online business and works from home. we love to socialise but try keep a peaceful and respectful vibe in the house. we are both clean and tidy and value people who are the same. I personally enjoy volleyball, cars/4wding, beach, gym and a drink here and there. My partner loves making new friends and getting out and about and is also very active.
