The house is a very spacious home situated in Bassendean. With a modern kitchen, large indoor and outdoor living space and also a fully maintained pool to enjoy in summer ☀️ or winter if your keen.
The house is situated just over 9Ks to the city, 6Ks to the Airport. Also two choices for train stations either the Bassendean Train Station via Midland Line and the New Morley Station via the Ellenbrook Line both only just over 1klm to the house.
A local bus taking you to the station or Morley terminal is only a few hundred meters away.
Price includes; Unlimited Internet, all utilities, bedding and mattress. No sheets are provided due to Hygiene :)
For our home we like a very quiet, social and respectful household. Not looking for people who might consider this as a party house. Donˋt mind having people over from time to time. However not regularly. We like to be up front as this home might not suit everyone.
The current tenants are looking for people that want to stay in a home and have a quiet place they can zone out from hectic lifestyles.
Regular cleaning and keeping the house tidy is the responsibility of all tenants and a rotating roster is managed by the tenant for people to contribute to cleaning the bathroom and shared spaces.
We prefer long term tenants if possible :)
