Everyone gets along quite well and are out a lot of the time. The new housemate must be someone who respects doing chores assigned equally. Everyone pulls their weight and keeps all areas, especially the kitchen, clean. Not a party house but guests are welcome. If you are worried about transport there are plenty of public transport options close by. Ideally located between the airport and city. Perfect for FIFOs or professionals. For nature and exercise there is a large park opposite the house which people walk and run around. Bayswater Waves is close by too. Terrace House apartments are one of the most sought after in the area. Several minutes to East Guildford train station and only a short walk to the very popular Padburys, Rose and Crown and Little Guildford cafes and restaurants with plenty of on street parking. My house is a character cottage with lots and lots of charm it has high ceiling, polished floor boards and lovely cornicing. I won't deny it's somewhat 'retro' in places but who doesn't love an avocado kitchen and salmon bath. The back area is a 'work in progress' however I'm proud of the front which is a lovely spot to sit with a coffee and watch the world go by. My house is a 5 minute walk to the river and there is a bus stop right outside that goes into the city. It is also close to Tonkin Highway so very convenient to get anywhere. The two rooms are big, one is a lovely east facing room at the front which get the morning sun and the other has a huge inbuilt wardrobe and desk. Both have ceiling fans and there is aircon to the front room. There is a big garage which housemates can use to store stuff, and it has a good treadmill in it which people are welcome to use. While I have put that bills are not included these will all still be in my name and I will still split these even though I will rarely be there, but I am also willing to negotiate this. This house is a labour of love and I would like to find housemates that are responsible, reliable and willing to care for my place in my absence.

It is close to the airport, 2 min walk to train station (East Guildford stop on Midland line), and the Swan Valley. It’s a no through road so hardly any traffic except for neighbours who like to keep an eye on the street for everyone. Our neighbours are all unique and everyone knows each other. Shaded backyard is nice and front veranda we have completely renovated and garden looks lovely.
The area is very quiet, fully furniture. It's closed to the city, airport, walking distance to bus stop/ Bayswater train station and parks/ river, closed to Morley shopping centre, Maylands shopping centre.

It’s a nice house really spacious and cool with wooden floors and air conditioning. It’s really central to the airport city and beach is 25 minutes, bus stop is a 3 minute walk away.I keep the place nice and tidy and hope you will to. Nice front and back yard with a lot of fruit trees . Lemon and limes good for the coronas! Liquor shop is a two minute walk which is a bonus. There’s off street parking and some storage in the rear shed. There’s two rooms there for the price of one , storage computer room chill out lounge up to you
