This nicely renovated share house is located in Ashfield PERTH WA.

We're looking for tenants who can pay rent on time, clean, quite, don't smoke, don't bring friend over for party, gathering or sleepover, respectful.

There are 3 queen bed rooms available now.

For the 1st & 2nd queen bed rooms, we don't rent them to individuals. We're looking for 2 friends who can rent 2 queen bed rooms together and share 1 bathroom, 1 toilet and 1 walk-in wardrobe, cos both rooms share one entrance door and one room door between the rooms.

1st Queen bed room for 1 person is for $250/wk which has one evap aircon vent, a queen bed, a bedside table, a dresser w/ mirror, a glass top tv unit, a tall boy, a walk-in wardrobe, an ensuite including a bathroom and toilet;

2nd Queen bed room for 1 person is for $250/wk which has one evap aircon vent, a queen bed, a double seat sofa, a study desk, a chair, a table, a fridge freezer and a large pigeon hold shelving;

Both bedrooms have large windows, so the rooms are very bright during day time.

A parking space is reserved in the undercover car port in front of the house

3rd queen bed room is $285/week for 1 person & $350/week for 2 people

This queen bed rooms has the following main features:

A large walk-in wardrobe and a window;

A queen bed, a desk, a chair, a dresser/dressing table, fridge&freezer;

An evaporative aircon vent;

Nice and quiet;

The rent charge includes all reasonable water, electricity, gas and TPG fast unlimited NBN internet, but doesn't cover your personal heater use during winter and personal cooler/aircon use during summer.

This share house also has another 2 sections. Each section has 3 bedrooms and its own bathroom & toilet. The house has a lounge room, a dining room, a kitchen and a laundry. Fully furnished with evap aircon.

You need to bring your own bed linen, pillows, blankets, quilt, toiletries, toilet paper and personal consumables etc.

Just 3 or 4 minutes walking to the Ashfield train station, the bus stops, IGA and other shops. It's also close to South Guildford, Bassendean, Maylands, Mount Lawley, Bayswater surburbs and Morley Gallaria. The city centre, the domestic or international airport is about 10 minutes driving.

Minimum 2 months stay, but we prefer longer stay if you're our suitable tenant. You pay 4 weeks rent in advance when you first move in. After initial 4 weeks, you pay 4 weeks rent in advance thereafter. No bond required.
