We live in a beautiful, spacious modern home (two-storeys) which was built around 12 years ago. We have air-con, a pool and a kitchenette upstairs. About the flatmates
I would love to host a student, backpacker, full time worker or FIFO worker. A female non-smoker would be preferred, someone mature aged is also fine. Pets can be possibly considered. I am a full time freelance graphic designer who works from home, so I appreciate the house being calm during the day, but I'm happy to socialise here and there. I share the space with a Polish couple who are currently subletting the space downstairs while dad is away travelling overseas, they work FIFO so they are only home half of the time.
