The room is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, bedside table and lamp, and reverse cycle air conditioner. It has a high ceiling, a huge window overlooking the garden and blockout curtains. The room is at the rear of the house, adjoined by a double brick wall, so is very private and quiet.

The house is fully furnished, with a few lovely little luxuries including air con, dishwasher, coffee machine, washer and dryer, massage chair, fireplace, cross trainer, and a hammock under the lemon tree.

We have excellent security (alarm system, security cameras, sensor flood lights front and rear) and friendly neighbours.

We love to grow our own food, and have several established fruit trees as well as a dozen seasonal vegetable garden beds.

There is a brand new Revo gym a 10 min walk away and free outdoor gym in the park right on our doorstep.

We are walking distance to a little shopping precinct that includes an IGA supermarket, pharmacy, liquor store, beautician, and a range of food outlets.

This is a peaceful home, not a party house.
