Room available in a 2 bedroom modern apartment built in 2018, located near Burswood / Victoria Park.

But here's the best bit, due to my work schedule and travel plans you will basically have the place to yourself all year as my room will be primarily a storage unit.

The apartment is mostly unfurnished, but includes a new fridge, new washing machine and new electric stovetop.
It also includes a dishwasher, dryer and aircon.
All bills are included and the internet is fibre NBN 500/40 which equals out to 60/5 Megabytes per second down/up.

It faces south-east, so it gets nice morning and midday sun, with shade in the afternoons.
There’s also a small storeroom — I’ll keep a few small items in there but there’s still plenty of space, but if you need the storage space I can always fit them in my room.

Location-wise, it’s under 1km to Burswood and Victoria Park train stations, 1km to Brown Spoon and the Broken Hill Hotel.
While being about 8km to Yagan Square, 10km to the Airport and
roughly 6km to Curtin Uni parking.
There is a coffee shop across the road and behind the apartment is a parkland.

Best suited to someone independent and tidy who enjoys having their own space and a relaxed living setup.

Unfortunately no pets, sorry.
