The place has a massive backyard to sit and relax in on a nice sunny day. Except for the bedroom, the house is fully furnished. We share cleaning responsibilities; we take turns to vacuum and mop once a week, and just play by ear the other house duties, as long as everyone is pulling their weight, it's a happy place. We are both very considerate people, and it's been really easy living together. Our other housemate is leaving to live with her partner regrettably.

I currently don’t have a microwave or TV by choice. Happy if you want to bring though, not fussed, but I don’t think we’d be compatible if you watch TV most nights. Sure, I miss a big TV screen sometimes, and love movies but I more prefer the idea and energy of playing card/board games around my extendable dining table. Hasn’t happened yet, but it could …. The one downfall for you would be that the second bedroom is kinda small and would best suit a double bed; a queen would be squishy but livable, but as I originally said, it's a spacious townhouse so there's plenty of room elsewhere. I’m security conscious and prefer to keep the front and back screen doors flick-locked at all times. Something that’s pretty important to me is a peaceful, quiet start to the day which means no morning radio or TV (that’s not negotiable). Also is a non-smoking household and we're not allowed pets. This house is in a great location because it's 10-15 minute drive to the city and Glenelg so technically half way! If you don't own a vehicle, Kurralta Park Shopping Centre is a 5 min walk away. The bus stop is very close as we're located close to Anzac Highway and generally there are 3-4 buses that run every 15 minutes. If you own a vehicle you're basically laughing. What is also great about this location is that Weigall Oval is right next to our house and you've got plenty of space to exercise and run, play on the tennis courts, and have a kick at the soccer goals. It's essentially a big park. We like living here because it's very convenient for us. We own a BBQ, we're paying for internet, have a nice backyard to relax and the house is still modern. Not to mention the shower is great and has great pressure. We've lived together for 2 and half years, one of our room mates is leaving back home interstate and we have 6 months left on the lease so we’re looking for someone to occupy the room.
