This lovely quiet two bedroom unit is one of nine units in the block (middle unit on top floor - 3rd floor) in a suburban street, just off Anzac Hwy. The available bedroom (unfurnished) has large BIRs, ceiling fan and carpeted floor. The shared bathroom includes shower, toilet and basin with storage. The lounge is furnished with sofas, TV, polished floor, reverse air-conditioning and ceiling fan. Good size modern kitchen with all appliances, plenty of cupboards and gas cooking. The property is located on a quiet court and next door to a park, giving an additional escape from the house if needed. Being only a 5 minute drive to Glenelg or 15 minute drive to the city, it is in a superb location for workers or students alike. The 167/168 bus route stop is only a 100m walk away. Whilst being very close to the airport, the property isn't on any direct flight paths, so you won't be bothered by any noise at all. While staying here you will also have access to a home gym setup (it's not fancy but does the job), a large back yard and entertaining area, unlimited access to internet, Netflix, and importantly, a coffee machine for the coffee lovers :) All of the bills are included in the rental price, including electricity, gas, water, contents and accidental breakage insurance, internet, and all house staples (cleaning/washing products, basic food supplies etc...) We are looking for a fifth housemate to join us! 3 of us are from the country and moved to adelaide to study and the other from Melbourne. We live on a quite street, on street parking only but that has never been an issue for us. 5 minute walk to South Plympton tram stop 5 minute walk to Kurrulta Park shopping centre 4 people living at the house already (1 couple) There's a dog that lives at the house a 4 year old greyhound so the applicant needs to be very comfortable with dogs. $100 a week rent unfurnished and $110 a week partly furnished. with a bond of $200 required, bills are on top of that but shared between 5 people is not a lot extra. This house is in a great location because it's 10-15 minute drive to the city and Glenelg so technically half way! If you don't own a vehicle, Kurralta Park Shopping Centre is a 5 min walk away. The bus stop is very close as we're located close to Anzac Highway and generally there are 3-4 buses that run every 15 minutes. If you own a vehicle you're basically laughing. What is also great about this location is that Weigall Oval is right next to our house and you've got plenty of space to exercise and run, play on the tennis courts, and have a kick at the soccer goals. It's essentially a big park. We like living here because it's very convenient for us. We own a BBQ, we're paying for internet, have a nice backyard to relax and the house is still modern. Not to mention the shower is great and has great pressure.
