The location is perfect – we are a 25 minute bus ride from Flinders University, close to the tram, and buses into the city take 20 minutes and run regularly! We are also only a 10 minute drive from the beach, and the tram is close enough to get you to Glenelg as well. A newly re-landscaped nature reserve runs along the front of our house and leads down to tennis courts, a soccer oval, and playgrounds, so it’s a perfect location for anyone who likes exercise. We are also within walking distance to supermarkets and takeaway. Also super important – we have incredible aircon in summer and heating in winter!
