Hi there This place suits a responsible female (student or older female) - or a couple - seeking temporary accommodation; and requires the convenience of a fully furnished and equipped place to call home. The accommodation is advertised as "shared" but as I am working interstate, you will practically have sole access to the unit. (I am still deciding my long-term options re the unit.) The second bedroom holds my personal items and at times (e.g. New Year and Easter), I will need to access my items (with advance notice). I never stay there. The rent includes your having access to all kitchen cupboards including an array of appliances (bamix, rice cooler, slow cooker besides a kettle ans toaster). A TV, books, DVDs, etc are also available for use. The double bedroom has large storage capacity - besides a large tallboy there is also a four-door wardrobe (2x hanging and 2x shelving). I have bought a lovely 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom maisonette in Plympton and am looking for someone to rent out my spare room. The room for rent is unfurnished but the rest of the house is furnished. The house itself has some lovely 1940's Art Deco features, a great size shed/ rumpus room, a good size garden and undercover patio area. The living space is a lovely open plan space and the kitchen although old is very functional, the bathroom is modest in size but has everything you need. Nearby is the tram (5 min walk to stop), buses on Anzac highway(5 min walk) and if you have a car to give you an idea of distance from things are as follows - Glenelg beach 10mins and Adelaide city approx 12mins, you can also walk to the closest Coles and the highway pub within 5 mins walk and Kurralta park shopping centre is about a 10 min walk.
