The apartment is on the top floor of the complex and is over two levels, with a massive living area and kitchen, and a separate dining room. It has a giant balcony that looks over Lake BG with an outdoor table for breakky in the sunshine. You would be sharing a bathroom with one other person (he is very clean and only home about half the time). You would have access to a car space in the underground garage (for an extra $7-10 per week), and have full access to the complex gym (free). Walking distance to the Kingston Foreshore, Parliamentary Triangle and Lake Burley Griffin! Internet, Netflix and bills all separate.
