We are a family of four including two teenage girls plus 2 Shelties and a cat, and have been living in Campbell for over 20 years. We have just completed building a brand new studio and we are making it available for rent. Campbell is very centrally located and is just over a 5 minute drive to the City and the Airport and within walking distance to the Defence precincts of Campbell and Russell Offices. Our property backs on to the reserve that leads to both Mount Ainslie and Mount Pleasant. ANU is about 10 minutes away, Uni of Canberra 15-20 minutes while Barton/Kingston/Manuka is also just a 10 minutes’ drive. Campbell has a small shopping centre, but we are also only 5 minutes or so away from Majura Park (Costco, Woolworths, Big W and Aldi), the City or Dickson. We are on two bus routes (9 and 10) to and from the City. The studio has a kitchen/living room and includes (all about 1 year old) a fridge, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, oven and cooktop, an inverter (air conditioning and heating), dining table (seats 4) and a lounge as well as a wall mounted TV; and the bedroom including a double bed with drawers, as well as an antique wardrobe. Off the bedroom is the ensuite with a heated floor. All the windows and doors have roller blinds and for the door to the backyard, sheer curtains to allow you maintain your privacy whilst letting the light in. Wi-Fi is available and all utilities are included in the price. We also have a pool which you can use when we aren’t using it and we have a large vegie garden, fruit trees and chooks so we can share some of our surplus with you from time to time. Our Studio is available immediately and we would prefer a longer-term tenant. We are looking for someone who will respect our property and who will, like us, respect each other’s privacy as appropriate.

This is a great opportunity to join an all-female sharehouse in a fantastic location! This single-level house has large living/dining areas filled with natural light, as well as a lovely outdoor patio and garden. The house has recently been substantially renovated, with new kitchen, laundry, flooring and paint throughout. This is a new sharehouse. Three rooms are occupied and one room is still available. We are looking for a young woman who is friendly, respectful, cleanly and a non-smoker. If you're looking for somewhere to call 'home' (not just a room to sleep in) we would love to hear from you! - Bedroom 4: $210 per week (inclusive of utilities and internet) - unfurnished room with open Scandinavian-style wardrobe and large opening skylight. You would not be responsible for paying extra rent or utilities, making it secure and easy for you to budget and plan! The house is incredibly close to major bus routes. Walking distance to Ginninderra Lake, the University of Canberra, CISAC and major offices in Belconnen. Only 5 minutes' drive/ bus to Calvary hospital or 15 minutes to the ANU and city. Please send me a message if you are interested in staying here! :)

The unit is fitted out with modern appliances and benchtops, and is spacious enough that you never feel crowded! The complex also includes a pool and gym for use.
The apartment is 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 car spots. It's pretty big for an inner city apartment and also has a front and back courtyard. We are super lucky to have ducted air con and heating which has helped us survive many a Canberra winter. The apartment is in an amazing location - less than 5 mins from the Canberra Centre and less than 10 mins from Lonsdale Street. The apartment is furnished except for your room but there is also plenty of space should you want to add furniture. There is quite a big built in wardrobe in the room. Rent is $300 per week with bills on top (we have unlimited NBN). I am currently on a month to month lease and we would require you to put your name on the lease/pay bond.
