About the flatmates
I am an artist and educator in my early 40s and live in the apartment. I rent the second bedroom via Air Bnb and other channels to short term guests. I keep the apartment very clean and well maintained, and have been hosting guests for over 11 years. My well trained, small sized dog also lives at the apartment. He is a very good boy who is gentle and loves people.
The room you would be staying in is light filled, with a lovely big window, quality double bed mattress and linens. Towels, soap and toilet paper are also provided.
The apartment is two bedroom with two ensuites and on opposite sides of the common area meaning each room is very private. Kitchen is fully equipped and balcony is filled with plants and a seating area. The street is lovely and green, safe, and with lots of friendly neighbours nearby. Price includes wifi, all bills, kitchen essentials, and cleaning fees once you depart. I provide oil, vinegar, salt and pepper, spices, flour, tea and coffee: all the basics!
Please note that smokers and people with pets will not be considered.
For couples, please note that an extra $15 per guest per night applies.
