The house has three bedrooms, two bathrooms plus a study, is light and spacious and has a great verandah and garden! It is in a nice quiet street about 10 minutes from Civic. I have a collected a fair bit of furniture and appliances over the years (fridge, washing machine, dryer, couches). Rent for the available bedroom plus the study is $255 per week. The house is in Miller Street, O'Connor right near the ridge. Close to ANU if you're studying and also close to Lonsdale Street and Civic as well as lots of parks and importantly, the Polo! Nearest bus stop is 2 min walk away and along route 8 which goes to the city. The shower doubles as a good size bath tub, which is great for soaking away any stress. TV and dining table belong to my current housemate so there is some scope for you to bring in your own furniture for the shared areas if you like.
