There are 3 nice, spacious bed rooms house with a lovely, cosy private courtyard, a large sunny dining room combines kitchen and a big sunny lounge room. Bath room is separate with toilet. The rooms are spacious with a big windows, all the rooms are all built in-wardrobe with double bed or king single included bed sheet, pillow. The rent includes bills such as water, gas, internet but share electricity( split into 3). But I can adjust price to include electricity if it’s easier to budge. There is a short walking distance to anywhere. It's in the central of the city. It’s ideal for student who is studying or working at the ANU, UC, or in the city or surrounding area. Bus stop is in front of the house, 10 minutes cycle to ANU and to the city , walk to shops, bars, restaurants, national reserved park. The townhouse is super well-positioned, quite a decent size for 2 people and has parking underneath. There's a shared backyard too, and fresh carpet and painting! You would have the bigger room, with an AC and a balcony facing into a shared backyard. The room is pretty big, I think you'd definitely be able to fit the normal things in and still have room for activities.
It's a pretty spacious house so you never find yourself really stepping on anyone's toes and on sunny days I love to sit on the back porch in the morning, because it gets so much warmth and light. The yard is also massive, lots of room for activities! Got a washing machine and a dryer and two fridges, which is always great and a clothes line, which I enjoy greatly. The wifi is super cheap, only 17.50 on the 11th of every month, so you'd only pay once! The best part is probably that it's so close to the city and ANU if you're a uni student. Probably a 5 minute drive to either and a 20 minute walk to Rimmer street and a 30 minute walk to the city which is really nice and peaceful. If you want to bus the 50 goes from a bus stop that's a 2 minute walk away and that goes straight into the city. You can also catch any bus to the Barry drive stop and that'll take you within a 10 minute walk of home. The botanical gardens are also a 5-10 minute walk away which is so nice. Finally, there's parking available sort of around the house, just let me know if you have a car and need a space and we’ll figure it out.

The ground floor apartment with direct street access is located on Printers Way (directly across from Norgrove Park), a two minute walk from Kingston Foreshore. Overlooking the Lyneham Wetlands, this cosy house is as convenient as they come. 600 metres from the Lyneham shops, 650 metres from the Dickson Interchange tram stop, 950 metres from the Dickson shops and an 8 minute bike ride to the ANU, you'll find that much of Canberra is at your doorstep! The house has everything you need - it's well furnished, has space for parking in the front yard and includes a small shed and limitless space for activities out the back! Both the front and back are also mowed regularly which is organised and paid for by the landlord. The bedroom is somewhat small; however, it's genuinely my favourite room that I've had and you'll find that it feels much bigger than it is given the way it's currently furnished!
