🌿 Room available now in a relaxed, leafy O’Connor home 🌿

We’re looking for a third housemate to join our relaxed, leafy home in O’Connor. The house is on a very quiet street with a bus stop just three doors down, making it easy to get around while still feeling tucked away ✨

The available room is an extended bedroom (2.6 × 5.7 m) and can easily fit a double bed and a home office setup, as well as a set of drawers or tallboy. It has a built-in wardrobe, a private entrance from the front porch, and is the coolest room in the house over summer as it faces away from the east.

It’s a 3-bedroom house that is fully kitted out, with a shared bathroom and separate toilet, open dining/living space, recently renovated kitchen, and laundry with dryer. The house is filled with natural light and has ducted heating in every room, so it’s warm and cosy in winter. Cat rents the shed as her art studio, and Ana uses the small carport for her Jimny 🚙

One of the standout features is the huge backyard and beautiful gardens (thanks to Cat!). The yard is full of fruit trees, shade, and multiple outdoor spaces to relax 🍃 We have a cute outdoor picnic space with fairy lights, that's great for little social gatherings and BBQs. Although the house sits on a corner block, it’s surrounded by gardens on all sides, meaning it can’t really be seen from the road and feels incredibly private 🌳

Gas and Electricity is split three ways, and the water bill is covered by our landlord 🌱

You’d be living with Cat and Ana (early 30s), who enjoy a calm, relaxed, beautiful home. We value our own downtime but also like sharing meals or a drink together. We’re looking for someone a similar-ish age who’s tidy, considerate, and keen to be part of our home. Due to Cat's allergies, we can't have any smokers or pets, and we try to keep the air as fresh as possible. We're not a big party house - prefering a chill life 🍃
