You will be moving into a light, spacious and warm (ducted heating!) house w/ a big kitchen and living space, and an outdoor courtyard which gets bathed in sun ☀️the room which could be urs is cosy and light, with room for a king size bed and built in wardrobe (see photos) 🌸🌸bathroom is clean and spacious w/ separate toilet and shower, and is shared with one other housemate 💙
The room is normally unfurnished but I bought basic furniture that I would like to sell to the next housemate.
Bought IKEA Bed + mattress (size double) + blanket + pillow + basic desk + beside table (bought everything for 750 dollars 5 months ago, so it is as new)
I have a Philips 1500W heater also if needed (bought 120 dollars also 5 month ago on Amazon)
I was thinking around 500 dollars (negotiable) for everything but the heater, can add the heater for a supplement.
