The building is well looked after, nice neighbours, with a swimming pool in the communal gardens. Electricity, internet, access to cable tv and Netflix are included in the rent. There is no home phone. Note that any movies rented on Optus Fetch will be charged separately to the tenant. Bus to the city is 3 minutes walk - it's a 20-30 minute ride to the city depending on traffic. You can also walk to the ferry terminal at Chiswick (15 minutes) and get the Parramatta Rivercat to Circular Quay or Barangaroo (35 mins). This is a quiet apartment with a peaceful outlook, it's a great place to relax after a heavy day at work! There are plenty of local cafes, restaurants of all types, and supermarkets are within easy reach. I use Five Dock, Abbotsford and Drummoyne for shopping and eating. Hi everyone ! We just moved into this lovely new home, and we are looking for someone to share the house with our third bedroom. The room is large with stained glass windows and furnished with a large wardrobe and double bed with bedside table and standing light.
