I’m a 43yo lady with a cat looking for a female flatmate. Flatmate must be clean, tidy, and respectful. Non smoker only. Single occupancy only, sorry no couples.

It’s located in the heart of Burwood, 5 mins walk to Burwood train station, 10 mins to Burwood Westfield’s shops and cinemas, 4 mins to Burwood Chinatown.

I am renting out a bedroom for $400 per week (includes bills). Minimum 6 months stay.
The flat is light, airy and located on the sixth floor of a security building with views of the surrounding suburbs and the harbour bridge (in the distance).

The room is furnished, with double bed, built in wardrobe, desk, chair, heater, fan, lamp, all bedding, blankets and desk lamp. The room has lots of storage because it has a huge in built wardrobe. The room has a lot of natural light and a nice view.

The room also comes with your own private bathroom. This includes shower, bathtub and basin. The toilet is located in the laundry room.

Unlimited 500mbs nbn internet, electricity and gas are included. There is aircon in the lounge room but not the bedrooms.

Fully equipped kitchen (including dishwasher), lounge, dining, laundry (washer and dryer), large balcony space - all shared.
