Located in the Whitehaven estate, I have a room for rent in a 3 bedroom town house in Ngunnawal. The Estate is located just outside a #59 bus stop (direct to Belconnen), but a short 5 minute walk will take you to a #51 & #52 bus stop (direct to the city via the marketplace.) Gunghalin marketplace is less than 5mins drive away and there are shops including a supermarket within 5mins walk. The town house has 2 large living areas as well as a decent sized landscaped back yard, access to a sheltered BBQ area, gas stove, electric oven, continuous gas hot water, washing machine, fridge, microwave, clothesline, tennis court and pool. The rooms is just over 16 square meters and has a inbuilt wardrobe, a reverse cycle air conditioner, have wired network ports to the NBN as well as 4 power points. TOASTY WARM IN WINTER - DUCTED HEATING THROUGHOUT It's a nice space (at least i think so). It's comfortable in summer and winter with ducted heating and cooling. The location is great and super central to shops, universities and close to the city - only an $8 Uber to Braddon! The apartment is modern, bright and airy has plenty of storage space, a storage cage with room in the basement as well as lots of parking. The bedroom is a large and can fit a dresser, desk, bed and two bedside tables with plenty of room. It also has built in cupboards with large mirrors. You'll have your own door and access too with a courtyard out the front. There is unlimited wifi available (not included in the rent).
