There is off street parking in the driveway with bus at door to station or 15 min walk to Caringbah Station which is a direct train line to the City and onto Bondi Junction. Caringbah Central has Woolworths, Coles, Post Office all close to the station. Cronulla Beach is 7 mins by car as is Westfield Miranda. Restaurants, cafes, cinemas are nearby and a short ferry trip from Cronulla takes you to Bundeena and access to The Royal National Park. My partner and I live in the main house and we are easy going and respectful of others space and we would expect that in return. Looking forward to meeting up.
