Location, location, location! We created this share-house to avoid the worst things about share houses (lack of privacy, lack of shared space/storage, lack of Internet and lack of laughter!) You will be in the quietest room in the house. It's almost like looking out of a tree house! :) With an outlook onto the leafy view outside. It currently has a double bed and desk with a full width four door built-in wardrobe with loads of storage above as well! We have Wireless Internet included in the rent (along with electricity, water AND unlimited long distance phone calls) and you are the closest to the access point. If the heat scares you? We have ICE-Cold reverse cycle AirCon downstairs and a BIG LED TV with Stan, Netflix AND Foxtel for movies and Digital for the regular channels. There are two fridges so you don't need to fight for a single shelf like some share places ;) It's 10 minutes walk to the train station *which is 2 stops from Cronulla beach!) and 5 minutes walk to the public pool. There is even a secret tree-lined set of pathways linking to The Kingsway and excellent access if you're into cycling or want to burn off some killojoules ! It's a townhouse at the back of a small tree-filled complex, which makes it very quiet... and so far we haven't even been aware of the common walls. There is space in the garage for a bike and you can stack some extra boxes against the wall if you need the extra storage but you have HEAPS in your room. You will be sharing the main bathroom (which has a bath, shower and vanity) with another girl, who is neat and tidy so we are looking for someone to be the same as it's a shared space for you two. Above all we have a drama and drug free home! We're not party animals (well not in the house anyway hehe) and respect is THE biggest part of this great place. -Sorry no dogs or cats allowed, landlord's rules but I'm sure budgies and fish would be a go, so bring Nemo along!-
This unit is great as it is close to everything, shops, pub, gym, transport, Restaraunts and much more. Swimming pool and BBQ area out back, in friendly block. All you need is your bed and personal belongings and your set. Bedroom has mirrored built in robe and there is a second toilet in the laundry. A clothing rack is also available if you would like it. It's a bright and airy 2bed apartment located on the Kingsway, just a short walk to the beach, mall and public transport. Decent size kitchen, shared bathroom with shower and bath, separate toilet and internal washing machine. The north facing balcony runs the length of the apartment and is the perfect spot to relax in the afternoon sun with a glass of wine!
Hi . I love my unit as it's 5 min walk to shop, station , and beach . 2 mins walk to bay and oval . I have a huge balcony , half covered . It's fully furnished except for the bedroom. Fully tiled and very warm in winter .
Newly renovated apartment in the heart of cronulla, some of the luxurious perks the unit came with include, a dishwasher, heated towel rack in the bathroom, aircon and has a spacious living room and kitchen. This lovely pad is a 2 minute hop from cronulla train station, a skip away from cronulla mall and jump to the beautiful surrounding beaches. Not to mention a crawl away from all the surrounding pubs/clubs/venues. Great spot basically in the middle of Cronulla mall. Nice sized bedroom unfurnished but everything else is though feel free to add whatever you like, balcony, large kitchen with allot of cupboards which are mostly yours, bathroom shelving behind mirror yours (decent). Only just moved in so ill be adding some balcony furniture. Not a party house. Only bills would be electricity and thats pretty cheap so I think we can work it out.
