Rent is $320 (4 weeks bond) exc bills ($40 wifi a month and $100-150 for utilities per quarter)
Lease is available for 3-6 months, with the possibility to extend depending on the vibes.

I work and study full time and play soccer/tennis and basketball over the week/end. I work from home 2 days. I take care of my place pretty well. I am looking for someone who is clean, tidy and chill. Sadly no couples, or anyone bringing a lot of people over. I'm pretty social but also enjoy my own private space as well.
