JUST BLURB........ Being a 4 bedroom house with 9ft ceilings and higher in the open plan living area, I think you will like living here as there is plenty of room to move around, with a office/study area and the back deck is nice and quiet, where you can sit and read a book, have a hot cuppa or some breakfast, which I usually do around 6am some mornings. It's very relaxing. If you decided to live here, you are about 5 minutes walk to the Sutherland Hospital, if ever needed. A good 14 minute walk to the Caringbah station if you require that facility and Miranda Shopping Centre, movies with quite a few gyms which are about the same distance. The beaches in the Shire are very beautiful if you like beach activities with lots of cafes and restaurants to visit around the area. OK - DOWN TO THE REAL STUFF I am now looking for someone who is self sufficient, cleans up after their own mess, as I don't have time for that stuff, as I have enough mess of my own that I need to attend to. Prefer no issues with the weekly rent payment and the usual utility bills would be shared or negotiable depending on your occupancy arrangement. I'm pretty flexible - just ask - I'm sure we can negotiate or work out something that's suitable. Our house is close to everything! We're about a 7 minute walk to the station and a stones throw from the Gymea Bay Road shops.
