Looking for some one to share who is respectfull of a shared arrangement and considerate. I will not tolerate excessive drinking and definitely no drugs.
There are two cats here so must be a cat person but no other pets please.
Ime pretty laid back and like to duck off now and then camping and also surfing.
This is not a party house but a nice place to chill.15 min walk to the station and 10min drive to Cronulla.Level block at the southern end of Miranda/Yowie Bay.No units around.
Shared fridge but there is room for another if needed.
