Hi! I'm Calvin and am looking for a flatmate to share my newly renovated 2-bedroom apartment tucked away on the top floor in a sunny and leafy cul-de-sac, yet conveniently located 10 minutes walk to Miranda train station, Westfield, and Aldi & Coles.
I work in finance consulting in the city and have moved down South recently,! I like being active playing tennis, bouldering, running, enjoy music, and connecting with friends, but also value personal time to recharge.
I am respectful and mindful of people and my surroundings, and enjoy living in a tidy and peaceful space. I also have preferences to have a non-smoking flatmate.
