THE HOUSE:
We are friendly flatmates looking for someone who enjoys clean and quiet home to share our house in quiet Carlton suburb for 6 months or more duration.
Of course, your suitability also will be based on you having a job and willing to undertake minor responsibilities to co share and maintain a clean and peaceful Home. University students are welcome too.
Working from home person full time at home is not preferred.
Minimum cooking is preferred, could be negotiable if need be.
Our home is a 5 minutes short walk to Carlton train station , 30 minutes to City Central Station by train and 5 minutes to Hurstville Westfield Shopping Mall and about 40 minutes from Bondi Junction Beach and 10 minutes drive to Dolls Point Beach and Ramgate Beach
Our home is a clean spacious 3 bedroom house plus a studio, it is a home we share responsibility to make it the way you want to..

The ROOM is fully furnished , a good sized room and has built in wardrobes, lamp; writing desk. The Room has window for fresh air, and good kitchen equipment for you to have light cooking only and modern facilities for laundry.
Air conditioning unit is provided for both for cooling and heating
Rental allows only during extra hot day air conditioning to be turn on for cooling or heating during winter .
The House will also come fully furnished, with washing machine, and the electric cloth dryer to be used only during raining periods STRICTLY .
There is a small garden at the rear for relaxation .
Parking is available off street along Short Street .

I am the host and a freelance senior engineer and my partner is a Massage therapist. . We are quiet but friendly persons, and enjoy travelling overseas for holidays, spending time with family, and re-discovering Sydney during weekend
As this is a share house living, all domestic cleaning duties are shared and rostered to mutual consent.
Rent also includes internet access , electricity and water and toilet paper and cleaning liquids.
