The toilet is in one room and the 'bathroom' (with shower, bathtub and sink) is in another so we don't have issues with 'queuing'. The unit is on a top floor and has views to the South and North through the 2 balconies and the northern one would be exclusive use of my flatmate. Broadband Internet access unlimited and electricity are also included. It is a security building and is about 350m to Carlton Railways Station, 200m to Kogarah Oval (St George's Stadium) and 500m to St George's Public Hospital. The train will get you to Mascot in 15 minutes, the Sydney CBD in about 25, to Bondi Junction in 35 and Cronulla about 40. The nearest beach will be Sans Souci about 3Km or Brighton-Le Sands a bit closer. I have been living here nearly 7 years and is a nice neighbourhood, mostly quite with good people in this block of flats. It is close to Kogarah, Rockdale and Hurstville shopping centres.
