Includes aircon, heating and a dishwasher. A one-car garage at the back, with plenty of street parking as well. The house is warm and inviting, and well lit with skylights. The backyard is cared for and ideal for entertaining. The bedrooms are sizeable, comfortable and include built-in wardrobes.

The apartment is the second largest in a small quiet complex of 7. It is spacious with a beautiful interior and balcony overlooking leafy Rathdowne St. It's new - built in 2017. Your room is unfurnished but the rest of the apartment is furnished. Both rooms and the living area have their own air con / heating. Your bedroom comes with the ensuite which has heated towel racks and lots of mirrored cabinetry. Your room is the closest to the front door, and therefore furthest away from the living area - giving you your own space. I share the main bathroom with my cat :) but it has a bath if you'd like to take one! The cat, Daisy, is very friendly but a little scaredy cat. If you're okay with cats, she'll be a perfect little friend. She also uses the toilet (my toilet) so there is no cat smell in the house! :) Seriously you won't know she's here. The building is very quiet and secure with swipe key or coded access. No gym or any facilities though. Close to restaurants and bars and across from the Carlton Post Office. The apartment is 3 min walk to the 1 or 6 tram line or 5 min walk to the 96 tram. I don't have internet hooked up because both me and my current housemate (moving out) just use our own hotspot. Electricity and water bills are the only bills to pay and they average about $15 per week. The room is available from 26th October. And can come with a bed if you need one. This is a new property that we will be moving into on the 25th October, It’s an amazing spot, right near the 96 tram and Rathdowne village. For a terrace house it also has lots of natural light and open space which is often hard to come by in this area. The room we have available is on the smaller size, (hence the cheap rent) however it has a large window with lots of access to natural light and fresh air. It’s a minimalists dream and we also have ample storage in the laundry that you’re welcome to make use of.
