Hi, i've updated the photos, This is a great 4 bedroom house on the incredibly pleasant Canning street. The entire house has high ceilings, with the advertised room being large with a window. Right next to a tram line into the city, alternatively ride along Canning street and you're CBD bound! Between Lygon and Nicholson street there are a host of great pubs, bars, cafes and restaurants. Sydney road is a short ride away. There is a great nearby convenience store with cheaper grog than BWS, otherwise the vaunted Barkley Square is a short ride/drive away. The house has high ceilings, a nice central lounge area and a cosy kitchen. It has a cracking backyard that's great for punching durries or relaxing with good sunlight - it even features an additional outdoor toilet! We also have a shed you can put stuff in. We recently acquired a TV which is pretty exciting as well, and we have a washing machine. Outside of that the house is fully furnished The house is kept clean and would expect that to continue in future, with dishes being done when you cook etc. as standard. We're looking for a new house mate for our cute little terrace cottage in Carlton North. 300m from the route 1 and route 8 tram lines, a 15 minute walk to Melbourne University and a 10 minute walk to the centre of Lygon Street and a big Woolworths supermarket. Our house is in a quiet neighbourhood but close to everything you need. The house is furnished and the small bedroom we have available currently has a couch that folds out to a double-sized bed, as well as a desk. Hey guys. We have a room available form early January in our lovely apartment in Carlton North. Well lit, large room on the second floor of the apartment with an ensuite bathroom. It's literally 2 mins away from Melbourne university, the tram stop and woolworths on lygon. City living at it's best and everything is at your footstep. Ideal for students, professionals or travellers who wanna live in the city and have fun. The house itself is beautiful and with a large living space on the ground floor and the 3 bedrooms on the 1st floor. The house has internal air conditioning system which means cool air during summer and heat to keep you warm during winter. The room will be fully furninshed with a new double bed and has built in closets. The rent is including utilities except for internet which is superfast & unlimited for $25/month.
