I currently live in this 3 bedroom townhouse by myself. It's situated the beach side of the Nepean highway, private access to the beach, walking distance to cafes and directly across the road from Carrum station. The unit is about 7mins walk from the beach and a really quiet location. I've been here on my own for 7mths and thought i'd look for a housemate for the remainder of the lease. The lease finishes Aug 30th and at this stage the owners want to move back in, but i'd be happy to look for another place nearby together if we got along well.
