I have just moved into this lovely spacious house. The bedroom up for rent is unfurnished and has beautiful views of Patterson river. It also has its own bathroom with shower/ toilet and the house has seperate upstairs/ downstairs lounge rooms. Downstairs is the kitchen and backyard with a deck and outdoor spa. Just steps from the front door is the Patterson river walking/ riding track which you can take to the shops (2 big supermarkets, restaurants and take seats) or Carrum train station/ beach. We have a beautiful big newly renovated home. This is a large double room that easily accommodates a queen size bed, bedsides and chest of drawers and desk. The home is centrally heated and the bedrooms have ceiling fans. The living has a TV with netflix, and gas log fire, my lounge has an open wood fire. We have a pool table and a spa. The bathroom has a double shower; one of the heads is a rainwater head. The kitchen is spacious and fabulous to cook in. It has quality appliances as does the European laundry. 1/3 of the bills would be roughly $45 a week. Our home has beautiful gardens with a vegie garden. We have a Weber and a gas BBQ. We are only 2 blocks from one of Melbourne's best beaches. We have a golf course, tennis club and football club at the end of the street. Close to train line.
