HI, I'm Kev, 54.
I work F/T in the aged care sector Day shift. I have a National Police check and a working with NDIS eligibility.
$270/week includes all utility bills (all electric house and water), internet, off street parking and a maintained front lawn by the owner's corporation. The back yard has no lawn & connects directly on to a double lock up garage. There is a middle room/office that can be shared also. I'm easy going, upbeat, quiet, clean, tidy and respectful with non-judgmental views in life. I've become a minimalist over the years & I have enough to live a very
comfortable lifestyle. Happy to share meals if it suits (or not) & I meal prep a fair amount of the time. Cooking for one just isn't my thing. I like most foods except fish and I'm really not a fan of the smell of it being cooked in the house either (can be discussed). I've pretty much got all the kitchen appliances needed, air fryer,slow cooker,multi cooker,pie make,wok etc, so if you like cooking.... Most of which is all very new. I've just purchased two new fridges, washing machine & a clothes dryer. My day starts around 6.20-30 am and I'm home around 4.00-4.30 pm (I do have a flexible start & finish time which is one of the perks of my job). Weekends generally involve the usual domestic chores, cleaning, shopping, doing all the things I couldn't/wouldn't do during the week and time in the garden. Not allergic to housework at all. I am extremely clean & tidy. A bit OCD clean & tidy...Just saying that now.
I'm an avid gardener & enjoy growing vegetables for the plate during summer.
There's no T.V here, I bought a projector for the lounge room (any night is movie night if that's your thing to chill). Has Stan, Netflix, Binge etc hooked up.I don't smoke but vape. If you do smoke, outside is o.k. I'll happily listen to music with my ear buds in if needed. Not into death metal or similar, more into motown, classic disco, rockabilly music. THIS IS A HINDER, NICKELBACK,COLDPLAY FREE ZONE!!!! I will binge on true crime or horror movies from time to time but it's not an exclusive viewing list.I did some travel last year, IRE,U.K,EURO & may be going again this year....September ish. At present I don't have an official vacancy/move in date as my current flat mate is still looking for accommodation in a more suitable location for herself & pets (cat & dog).
