Big bright room that fits a queen size bed has a Wardrobe in room and anther side to room so you pretty much have two wardrobes! Shared bathroom with me, has amazing water pressure and hot ! Also a bath.. Open floor lounge room and kitchen plus ducted heating and cooling also has a dishwasher the best ! Big L shaped couch tv and everything for the kitchen pretty much only been here 2 months, so feel free if you have things to add around Washing machine and dryer and small out door area with cloths line bbq and few chairs There is also a garage and easy street parking 1.4 kilometres to Caulfield train station and also shops walking distance , trams available 5 minute walk from the unit don’t know the numbers as I drive often and use my phone for public transport hah :))
