Hi guys!!! I’m looking for 3 new housemates to fill the respective 3 bedrooms. The dwelling is a 4 bedroom, two-levels townhouse located in Caulfield. Perfect location as it is just 7 minutes walking from Caulfield station and Monash University (Caulfield Campus). The house is unfurnished, there are only washing machine and dry machine, dishwasher. Applicants that have furniture is preferred, and/or those that are happy to split the costs in purchasing furniture together. The house currently has furniture but the current tenants own them, but we do have the option of purchasing them at a good price. The rooms themselves have a built-in wardrobe and space for a double or queen bed. There are 2.5 bathroom. The complex has also a 20m indoor pool, spa and sauna, gym, movie theatre, personal wine cellar. These facilities are included in the rent and must be respected. Available also 2 indoor car parks (one is already engaged). Anyway plenty of street parking outside. RENT: $1040 monthly/$240 weekly + 1 month bond + bills (around $100/120 per month). The rent has to be paid to me in time by the 30th of each month. The rooms will be available from the end of January 2019. The minimum stay is 6 months and of course longer term is preferred.
