Friendly house in Caulfield South. The house is old but has a lot of character and a good vibe. The ceilings are very high and rooms are a good size. There is a garden and 2 BBQ areas out the back, one is a pit BBQ. We also have a Balinese hut outside for sitting out under cover or shade... Quite comfy. House is already furnished with a big TV for big screen watching or entertaining. There is space in the shed for projects or being creative. We have unlimited WiFi and fetch TV so we get a lot of free movies.. We are close to the tram and bus but Elsternwick train station is a walk away or Glenhuntly station can be reached by train. I enjoy having people over for dinner and drinks but not in to hosting big house party's these days, plus the size of the flat/closeness of neighbors doesn't really allow for it! She is locked in the kitchen/laundry area when I am at work, and we have this pretty down pat. Toilet training is coming along and she is very friendly. We have to be careful with the front door not being left open though! I take full responsibility for Tallulah, and the courtyard. She is not my first dog, and I promise to be as prompt and on to all the puppy business as possible. I am very active and work out a bit. I do a lot of yoga, go to the beach, and walk Tallulah every day. I am out and about on weekends and have a horse so train on the weekends too. I do float around the area on work days/nights, mornings off etc. I love going for a coffee at the local cafe. I am a vegetarian, but you can eat meet with no judgement. I work mainly as a sports cameraman so you won't often see me at home on weekends. I also travel a fair bit for work so I'm looking for a flatemate I can trust to take care of my apartment when I'm not around. When I'm not working i'm usually out and about catching up with friends at a bar or restaurant near by, or checking out some live music. I try to get to the gym once or twice a week to keep as fit as possible, I don't take it too seriously though. And whenever I get a spare moment relaxing on the couch with a beer watching sports or a movie is always high on the agenda.
