This is a great place to live, with my personal favourite feature being the all white decor filled with natural light. Combined with the charcoal carpet the flat feels fresh/clean and will give you a blank slate to add your personal touch. On a more practical note, it has reverse cycle air-conditioning, a dish washer and european laundry. There is ample street parking so finding a park will not be a problem and permit not required. There aren't any existing house rules as such but on weekends we each clean one of kitchen, bathroom and vacuuming and alternate each week.
