The room is available the 25th of this month (October). The new flatmate will be required to sign the lease preferably. If you drive, there is no car space but there is plenty of on street parking, mainly marked as 2h or 4h, from 8-6pm monday-friday. We are on the corner of Kooyong and Glen Huntly Road so there is tram number 67 just outside the door and bus 605 that you can catch along Kooyong. And just down the road you can also catch tram 64 number. And another bus 623 up the road also. Bond is 1043 as this used to be our monthly rent, Rent is $965 each, per month, Bills are on top of rent including internet, electricity, and water. HI, We have a room available in our lovely home in Caulfield. I say home and not share house as it feels more homely and not a party house. So if you're looking for parties this isn't the place. The house is 3 bedrooms. The available room is a good size with built in robes. You will be sharing the bathroom with 1 other person. We have a kitchen, living room, small back yard and Laundry room with a washer and dryer. Looking for someone long term, clean, tidy, pays bills on time etc The rent is $205pw/$820 a month plus $17.50 a month for internet and bills are split between us when they come. Bond is $1070. We are about a 7 min walk to Glen Huntly train station where there's also a Woolworths and other shops right next to the station. There's a tram stop at the end of our road (number 67 tram).
