The room is partly furnished and includes air conditioning. The apartment features a fully equipped, brand-new kitchen and a comfortable shared living space. Ideal for students, young professionals, or working holiday makers.

* Electricity approx. $30–$50 per tenant per month, depending on AC usage

You’ll be sharing with:

* One full-time student who also works two jobs
* One part-time student

We’re generally busy during the week but enjoy being friendly and social when home. Looking for someone who’s easygoing, respectful, and enjoys a good balance of socialising and personal space.

* Easy access to St Kilda Beach
