The house is close to everything in St Kilda (Chapel Street, Beach, Aldi, Coles, Acland Street) and it’s just a 20 mins tram ride away from the CBD.
It is the ground level of an apartment building located in St Kilda, perfectly situated between Chapel Street and St Kilda Road. Tram stops on both roads are only a short 5min walk away along with an Aldi at the end of the street. There is also a Coles and Safeway located about a 10min walk or 2min drive away. Luna Park / St Kilda beach and Windsor train station are all also just up the road and only a 15min walk away. The room is the bigger bedroom of the two (dimensions 4m x 2.85m) with its own built-in mirrored wardrobe. The room itself is unfurnished, however the rest of the apartment is fully furnished. The apartment has one bathroom/laundry with our own washing machine, an open planned lounge room with split system aircon and a kitchen with a dishwasher. It also has another smaller room off the kitchen that leads out into a private courtyard. On street free 24hour car parking is also available. $250 a week includes rent, water, gas, electricity and internet. We will also equally chip in money for shared household items such as toilet paper, washing detergent, ect as required. There is a cost of $1,100 bond and a month of rent/bills upfront (total $2,100) - this also includes the cost to be put on the lease which is non negotiable from real estate.

The bedroom is a good size with a large double cupboard - I can attest as that is the room that I have been in since I moved in. The room also has a balcony area that joins the rooms where we usually hang our clothes. Your room will be unfurnished but I do have a lot of major items such as TV, Washing Machine, Fridge etc.. however, if you have furniture and house goods of your own that works perfectly. You will also have your own secure car spot in the underground car park. There are 2 rooms in the apartment so please get in touch if you would like to inspect the property as I am happy to negotiate the amount of rent etc based on what room you would prefer and if you require the car space or not. Looking to sign a 6-month agreement at this stage but there will always be the opportunity to extend should it be a great fit.
