There is one bathroom, which contains a shower, toilet and spa bath upstairs, and there is another toilet down stairs. The house has two small court yards, in the front and back of the place. Balaclava station is a short walk away and there are trams all over the place. The available bedroom is large and contains a double wardrobe and there is plenty of space. We are looking for professionals, preferably in their mid-twenty's to mid-thirty's to share the house with. People who are reasonably quiet during the week and wont bring the whole party back to the house on weekends. we like to have fun but this isn't a party house. People who also don't mind doing their share of cleaning/house work every week. No students or couples please. You will be sharing the house with a 33 year old software engineer. I am working full time during the week so prefer the weeknights to relax. I am down to earth and very respectful and i would also like you to be the same.
