About the property

Location, location, location… tram stop right outside the house and Balaclava, Windsor and Toorak stations within a short walk.

This house is close to Chapel Street, CBD and Monash Caulfield campus. It suits someone who wants to be close to the city but enjoy the Inner East of Melbourne.

We have a German pub across the street and an IGA within a short walking distance.

I don’t mind if you have friends over and celebrate every now and again but please be mindful of the home, neighbours and your flatmates.

I’m looking for two weeks bond upfront which will be deposited with RTBA and one weeks rent before you move in.

About the flatmates

I’ve recently renovated this home and have furnished it for you to move in with your belongings and call it home.

Each room has its own private digital lock for security.

The Master Queen Room and Double Room are currently unavailable.

The Queen Room is currently available starting immediately and we are open to a couple living in it.

I’m ideally looking for someone who is a professional that would look after my place as their own.

I’m not against you having a good time and having friends over. Please be respectful to the home, your flatmates and our neighbours.
