One of our friends who was coming over to Melbourne to live with us has decided to go and experience the ski season in France on the way. So we are looking for a housemate to accommodate their room until they arrive (approx 3 month's - circumstances may change and the room may be available longer) A little about us, we are a bunch of friends from Ireland, England & Singapore. Hi, I am off to Climb Mount Everest from May 7th to June 2nd so looking for someone to rent my room for this time or for atleast 3 of the weeks if possible. Rent is $250 a week which includes bills and internet or if you chose to stay the whole time then the cost will be $900. This is much cheaper and nicer than a hostel or hotel. The will be a bond of $500 which you will get back when I have checked that everything is as it was when I left. The room is furnished with built in robes, double bed and will come with bedding. I will try to move most of my valuables out but may leave some clothes in the robes. So ideally want someone trustworthy and respectful. The house will have 2 other housemates in it.
