This Unit is really close to public transport - tram, bus and Caulfield station is about a 10 minute walk away. The bathroom you'll be using is pretty much yours. Furniture is needed for your room but there is a built in wardrobe and its pretty spacious. There is a fridge etc, but a bigger one would be welcomed! There is ducted heating - it works well upstairs where the bedrooms are. The kitchen is not big, so cleaning up after yourself is pretty much a necessity, but everything works. There is a balcony and small back yard. I don't have pets, but I do love them. You will have to check with the agent on this. You will need to take over the lease which ends February 2018. There is no TV in the living area but I would definitely welcome one too!

We are so close to everything!
