This is a student purpose accommodation run by a non-university provider. It's a 10 min walk to Monash University Caulfield, the library, and the nearby shops (Coles, various restaurants, 7-11, Asian grocers, Vodafone, Commbank, Pharmacy, etc.), and Caulfield train station + tram stop; super super convenient. There's a short walk (15-20minute) or one bus ride away to Carnegie, with Woolworths, Aldi, Officeworks and etc.). Chadstone shopping centre is also a 15 minute bus ride away. The CBD is a 15-20 minute train ride, and st kilda a 15-20 minute tram ride! The location is great for students. Monash Clayton is also easily accesible with public transport (longest commute would be 20-30 minute ride, either a bus OR train+bus). It's a 15-20 minute drive. There's a free shuttle bus between the two campuses as well, though it runs for a limited time frame during the summer.
