Hi I'm Taranga and I am loosing my beloved flatmate so am searching for someone with an open mind to move in my apartment in a secure complex in Centennial Park. Your room is big enough for a double/queen bed, desk and has a built in wardrobe. Its light and very quiet. Screen on windows to keep out those mozzies at night. There is a 355 bus which takes you to Bondi Junction or to Newtown. Cafe's are close by and you are in walking distance to Oxford Street. The apartment itself is old style but lots of room and the kitchen is big, not that I use it much. I do not cook but would love someone who does and I clean, thats the deal there. Open plan living area and there is a lovely balcony with huge plants which overlooks the extensive gardens. You can sit outside in the gardens as there is an outdoor area that is shared by all. There is on street parking only. Shared areas are already furnished, in fact I may have to much furniture. We can work on that. This area is a very quiet place and the birds will be singing there songs in the evening times and early morning. Neighbours are all lovely as well if that is important to you. I am the lower end of Cook Road so right near the Centennial Park. Everything is close by with the Entertainment Quarter only being a 10 minute walk away.

Oxford Street Paddington is a 10-15 min walk up the road where you can do some shopping, buy groceries or catch buses to the City or Bondi. Westfield Bondi Junction is a 5 minute drive or a short bus ride. Buses to Randwick and Coogee from Anzac Parade. Queen Street Woollahra is a great place for breakfast at the many cafés, shop at specialty stores (organic grocer, local boutique butcher, deli etc) and designer clothing. Getting Around: Bus 355 runs to Surry Hills (close to Central), Newtown and Bondi Junction from just outside the apartment on Cook Road from 6.13am-6.18pm weekdays and 8.15am-6.18pm on Weekends. Regular buses to the CBD, Bondi, Randwick and Coogee run from Anzac Parade and Oxford street to get to the city or Eastern Suburbs.

This is a clean tidy bright apartment on the 2nd floor close to Randwick junction and a short bus journey from Coogee beach. Buses run regularly across the road that takes you into the City and you can also get to other surrounding beaches. Randwick junction is a 10 minute walk which has shops, cafes and bars, and centennial park is also a 10 minute walk away. The room is bright and airy with built in mirrored wardrobes. The room is furnighed but i can also remove if you have your own furniture. There is foxtel in the living room and its also available in the bedroom. I don't have wifi though, but could look at getting this. The unit has a separate living room and kitchen and a small internal laundry with a washing machine and a dryer. There is a large balcony off from the living room. I like to keep the common areas and bathrooms clean and tidy and would be looking for a professional of a similar age to move in. enjoy a nice wine and movies as well as some trashy shows!

We have a flatmate leaving 23rd February and will have a room available to rent. Rent is $280 per week. The apartment is located on the top floor of a security building in a very nice neighbourhood in Surry Hills / East Redfern, overlooking the adjacent parks. We have air conditioning and appliances, couches, tv, etc, but the room is not furnished. The complex also features a large pool, spa, sauna, and gym. The Owner of the Unit is well known to us and has been excellent over the last 7 years that we have lived here. The unit would be shared with myself (Daniel) and my girlfriend (Sara), we are both quiet 29/30 year old professionals and would be looking for similar professionals to share with. Our interests consist of travelling, watching movies, tv shows (big fans of house of cards, game of thrones, westworld), and hanging out with friends. We're generally very laid back, quiet, and easy going, we love to meet new people but are also very respectful of other peoples space. We love to head out to nice bars grab some drinks and have some food with friends, or heading up the street to the excellent japanese restaurant. The unit is very conveniently located with shopping, restaurants, supermarket, public transport, main taxi route and parks all within a few minutes walk.
