Currently all rooms are available and there will be 4 people total in the house including myself. The rooms will be unfurnished but the rest of the house will have couches/utensils etc. All bills are included in the rent gas/water/electricity so you only have 1 bill (the rent). The rooms are: Master room - Has reverse cycle air conditioner and en-suite $190 Room 2 - Slightly bigger room with fan $160 Room 3 - Standard room with full sized fan $150 (tenanted) All rooms also have inbuilt wardrobes The price as mentioned above includes all bills. They are fully carpeted and have built in robes, there is a shared bathroom and toilet for one room. The house is lowset with large kitchen and modern appliances and new washing machine and plenty of space to chill out or socialise, there is internet access included in the rent and some bills divided equally. One room also has undercover parking included and secure off street parking for the other, there is also some storage available. The house sits on a large block in a quiet area with secure fencing all around and access to all major infrastructure, shops, transport, hospital, university and all major arterials N.S.E.W. within five minutes drive. Respect for others and their privacy is paramount and there are some house rules to acknowledge and rent is paid in advance.
The room you would be staying in is 6.5 by 4 meters so enough room for a bed, couch and tv etc. It's also downstairs with no internal access which is good for privacy but the shower and kitchen is upstairs. We have a pretty great back deck with a bbq etc. There's under cover parking, the bus stops almost out the front of the house and we're close but not that close to the train line. Ideally would like someone who's either studying or working but will look at anyone who applies.
