Currently all rooms are available and there will be 4 people total in the house including myself. The rooms will be unfurnished but the rest of the house will have couches/utensils etc. All bills are included in the rent gas/water/electricity so you only have 1 bill (the rent). The rooms are: Master room - Has reverse cycle air conditioner and en-suite $190 Room 2 - Standard sized room with fan $160 Room 3 - Slightly bigger room with full sized fan $150 All rooms also have inbuilt wardrobes The price as mentioned above includes all bills. For the en-suite if you would like to use AC then the room will be $200 per week as this will take additional electricity above the normal use amount. This is a beautiful open brand new house, we're the first to live in it. 2 females with 2 dogs here who are very friendly, happy and upbeat. Our 4/5 bedroom house comes fully furnished with cat and dog. Has a decent backyard that has great views of the sunset every evening and we're 100% going to get a blow up pool as well. We have a double garage and driveway that isn't available to anyone as it is home to two broken cars at the moment (they will be fixed one day soon I keep telling myself). the house is open plan with a dining room seperate to the living, has a cute outdoor area with a BBQ. Super close to shops, highways heading both toward the city and the coast and Griffith university Logan campus. You will have your own bathroom with a massive shower and your own toilet. There is a second room that is empty that can be used for study/hangout/storage or whatever you wish. I have a desk, shelving unit, mirror and a few other things you can use but unfourntley no bed. External rumpus room, own door to the front of house and double doors leading to the entertainment area. I do currently have block out curtains up if you wish to use them. As i own the property I am open to letting you decorate the room, weather it be paint, hanging pictures etc but i do ask you consult with me first. Always quiet here as the house backs off to a reserve. You will be sharing utilities with me, so bathroom/laundry/kitchen , I ask that you clean up after yourself and not leave a mess. Occasionally help out with minor things around the house, mowing lawns/ cleaning shared utilities (bathroom and kitchen).
The room you would be staying in is 6.5 by 4 meters so enough room for a bed, couch and tv etc. It's also downstairs with no internal access which is good for privacy but the shower and kitchen is upstairs. We have a pretty great back deck with a bbq etc. There's under cover parking, the bus stops almost out the front of the house and we're close but not that close to the train line. Ideally would like someone who's either studying or working but will look at anyone who applies.
