It's an easy 10-minute walk to Chelsea shops, train station, and beach. The place is mostly furnished but I can be flexible if you have your own furniture/general household items. Light filled and calm home, only a block from the beach. Wonderful area to live, especially in summer. Nice outdoor and living area. Rooms are at opposite ends of the house so house is nice and quiet. Room for rent has its own walk through robe and large ensuite bathroom. Guest has access to storage space in the garage if needed. Approximately one block to cafe, smoothie bar, supermarket, bus and train station. Owner has two pet whippets. So if you love dogs you will love these two.

We have a beautiful big newly renovated home. This is a furnished large double room that easily accommodates a queen size bed, bedsides and chest of drawers and desk. The home is centrally heated and the bedrooms have ceiling fans. The living has a TV with netflix, and gas log fire, my lounge has an open wood fire. We have a pool table and a spa. The bathroom has a double shower; one of the heads is a rainwater head. The kitchen is spacious and fabulous to cook in. It has quality appliances as does the European laundry.
