At the moment the area is unfurnished but i can arrange for furnishings...Someone that works full time and is respectful of others privacy and belongings would be good..i work full time odd hours so i do like my quiet time when i get home so someone similar would suit..clean tidy person is essential as the house is immaculate and all new appliances..dishwasher, washing machine that drys your clothes!
